If you like collecting exotics, pick by bounty rarity. The voice in the wilderness and shattered memory are rarely offered. It took 3 months before I was offered them. All 3 weapons are decent by the end.

Which weapon would be regarded the better out of these 3 not too fussed how hard they are to do these bounties.

Voice in the wilderness is the easiest gives super good advice a heavy machine gun. Toland's legacy gives bad juju a pulse rifle and just about to be buffed with the gun stuff about to be done. Shattered memory is for pocket infinity fusion rifle Harriet to do as 200 kills in a nightfall with a fusion req but I did mine in the archon priest one.
