I eat about 5000+ calories because I'm trying to gain weight. Good weight. Nearly all of it is protein and carbs. Currently weigh 179lbs, 5' 10".

I don't count either but this is what I assume because a few weeks ago I did a food diary and I ate 5100 calories that day.

No idea, but I do think I should eat less, I just lack the discipline to do so though. I weigh 245lbs at 6' 4" though, so it's not too too bad as such. Would like to lose about 30ish though eventually.
