Alright, so this just happened to me couple minutes ago. I just finished a couple games of crucible & I use different weapons on crucible than raiding. I decided I wanted to finish Hard Crota, so I was just scrolling around the forums & saw that this guy needed one more person. Me knowing I have a gjallahorn & other efficient weapons n' gear, I just forgot to switch them. Alright, I sent the friend request & he instantly accepted. I joined him & I looked at the fire team's gear and saw no gjallahorn, black hammer, etc. All I literally saw was vanguard weapons filled with 32s(figure of speech), remember I haven't switched to my raid weapons yet. Alright so, the fire team host asked me a question, "Do you have a gjallahorn?". I hesitated to answer the question, instead of saying Yes I said No because I wanted to see what will happen. Next thing you know, I was booted from the raid group. In conclusion, I was kicked by a bunch of 32 with no type of gear & them wanting someone with a gjallahorn and them not having a single one.
