You know how Tuesdays go? You log on, do the raids, strikes, dailys, challenges. The usual Tuesday ritual. I was excited to get home today and play! Then I get home around 5:30 pm I shower do some laundry, shave then the thoughts come to my head. Destiny. I look at my Xbox One sitting there in sleep mode and I think to myself. "Let's play" I sat there for a good two minutes and came to a realization. I wasn't interested in grinding anything out. For some reason I had no care in the world to run Crota like I usually do. Had no care to do my Eris bounties which I'm about 3900 away from being at Lvl 4. Had no care to farm for glimmer. No care to play Crucible. No care to run a weekly or a Nightfall. Instead I played on my phone for about two hours until I got bored of that. I hoped into a raid. Got my shards for my Hunter to become a 32. Played maybe a total of an hour and thirty minutes. Then I said oh well I've got all week to do all this stuff. I've been playing the game since launch, this is the first Tuesday where I felt no need to really do anything. It's starting to feel like chores. Once I get my third guardian to Lvl 32 which should be my next Tuesday because I neglected him and decided to rank my other two guardians up first, I will probably not be caring as much as before. Once you hit 32 with three characters. What's there to look forward to? Ranking up other gear so you have multiple options, multiple maxed out weapons? Working on Vanguard or Crucible? I'm honestly getting bored. Well less interested. Mainly because the rewards you receive from Raids, Strikes, Nightfalls is just pure garbage. Yeah you get some cool items from time to time, but I feel like it just doesn't matter to me. Maybe I'm drifting away? I don't know.
