Worst movie ever?
Now lets get some things straight, a bad movie depends entirely on the budget.
If a movie has a large budget and famous actors, but is absolutely horrible, then thats a bad movie.
Low budget movies and unknown actors will almost always result in a sub par movie at best.
Personally, the worst movie I've ever seen is "Contagion"
Anyone who's ever seen it will know what I mean, literally nothing happens in this movie, its very very boring, but there are a lot of famous actors in it. Horrible movie.

The worst I've seen was probably I am Legend. The lighting in the film made it impossible to enjoy, it seemed like 85% of the movie was spent in the dark. But then again, the movies that I thought were really terrible I'm not going to remember as they're likely to not even be noteworthy.
