Just a few suggestions to make Destiny the best game ever

Before I get into it I want to mention that I don't spend a lot of time on the forums, and until recently didn't even spend a lot of time playing Destiny. I know some people around here consider that a big deal so I just wanted to get it out of the way. I've been thinking lately about what would make this game even better, so here's a few ideas. Vault access from orbit I'm not going to bother asking for more space. The devs know, they've said that they know, and spamming the same thing over and over in the forums probably doesn't make them want to help anyone out. Having said that, with three characters it's annoying to have to go to the tower every time I need to withdraw/deposit guns or materials. I'm going there fairly regularly for bounties anyway, but there are plenty of situations where I'll do something, decide I need a different gun or some upgrade materials or something, and having to go to the tower and back out to orbit again is time consuming. Yes, I could keep that stuff with me, but like I said I have three characters (as do most people who play a lot), so it's just easier to keep everything where they can all access it. Being able to access vault storage from orbit would make things so much easier, and it would make sense too, since it's already been established that you can transmat object from one point to another. I'm guessing when you summon your Sparrow it comes from your ship right? So that means an item of that size can be beamed to the planet's surface. What's the limit on this? Could you beam something through space to your ship? A home/base/ship interior This isn't really something that could be implemented in a small update, and it doesn't really affect gameplay or any existing part of the game. I guess overall it's pretty dumb, and a lot of people will call me out on that. Surprise, I don't care. All I'm asking for is a room in the Tower, or a view of the inside of my ship (although they don't seem big enough though), and some space to move around and put stuff. This one ties in well with the vault access suggestion, because it would mean you'd be able to get stuff from the vault and put it up on display somewhere. Imagine being able to display the exotics you like but don't use, maybe put up some trophies won from raid bosses. Grimoire access I'll skim over this point, because I'm sure it's been said. I know people want that stuff to be in the game, and it's something they like to complain about here (which is weird, considering that this is the place where you actually can access it). Surely it wouldn't be hard to have some kind of terminal in the Tower, or, if somehow people like my previous suggestion, in Guardian's rooms/ships? Let me fly and upgrade that damn ship I've been playing Rogue Squadron recently. I love space combat games. Now I'm playing Destiny, a game where I have a bunch of awesome ships that take me to planets throughout the inner solar system, but I never get a chance to control it? Let me do it Bungie; let me fly that thing. Better yet, let us use the ships in combat missions and earn upgrades to improve them. Again, this is something that makes sense in the game. In fact, it doesn't really make sense that it's not in the game; do you expect me to believe that these alien races took our worlds and pushed us back to a single city on Earth, but they don't have the capabilities to shoot down our ships when we go to those planets? Space battles, Bungie, I need them. Of course, I know a lot of people who love this game probably don't love space combat, so don't make it a big, necessary part of the game. This is a pretty big deal too, so obviously it wouldn't be in a free update. I'm totally fine with paying for it. Look at how many people bought the first DLC; imagine how many people would buy it if it actually added a completely new experience? I'd buy it twice, if that was even possible. More varied bosses Apart from the raid bosses they're all pretty similar. There's not much more to them than just using the right type of weapon and getting critical hits. What if there was an enormous boss that required some platforming to even hit their weak point? Obviously you could still damage it from the ground, but climbing would be far more effective. How about a vehicular boss, similar to the Walkers and the Goliath, but it would actually move, forcing you to chase it? The first stage of the fight would involve either disabling the vehicle while chasing it on Pikes, or boarding it. New weapons/weapon types This is another one that I'm sure has been brought up, but I'd love some new weapon types. People have suggested things like railguns and grenade launchers, but I personally would love to see Bungie come up with something new. You guys are good at that. I'm not going to bother listing a bunch of suggestions here, because this is already too damn long. Is anyone still reading? Anyway, I'd also love for some exotics to have more varied and unique upgrades. I only have about six exotic weapons, so I'm far from an expert in this regard, but I feel like there should be some crazy sci-fi magic going on with these things, besides just extra damage and effects, ammo regen, radar while scoped, etc. Maybe there's a ton of crazy stuff that I'm missing, I dunno, but I'd love to see a rifle with a scope that see through walls, or guns that change enemy behaviour, or cause effects that jump from the target to nearby enemies. Let us change our appearance It's a little weird that we can't do this. Some people want to be able to change everything, including race, but I think that's pushing it. I mean, we have three character slots, there are only three races, and it doesn't really make sense to be able to change your race because that's not something that's actually possible. It's totally possible to change your hairstyle in the real world though, but not in Destiny? Come on guys. Let us change our hair and facial features, maybe even gender. Speaking of characters... More character slots? I don't really need more than three, and I understand that adding more means allowing people to run weekly challenges more than three times and get way more rewards. Maybe you don't think that's fair. I don't really think we need more at the moment, so I'm not bothered either way. HOWEVER, I've heard rumours (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) that not only are extra subclasses planned, another class may also be planned. I don't know how true any of this is, but if you are going to implement something like that please, please, add another character slot. If you add another class without another slot a lot of people will be forced to delete a character they've put a lot of time into. While you're at it, consider adding another playable race. Obviously you could add some new thing we haven't heard of (and I'm sure you will once we've expanded our operations beyond the belt, whether that's in this game or the next), but why not have a few individuals of an enemy race join us? Sure, the Vex are out of the question, as are the Hive, and probably the Cabal too, but the Fallen are simply scavengers and pirates, the remnants of a once great civilization. We've already seen that they can be reasoned with, since the Queen of the Reef leads the House of Wolves (well, until the next expansion at least). The only problem with the Fallen is that they'd be noticeably different from a first person point of view, having extra arms, and seem like they should actually play differently. You can work around this though, or just ignore it and throw them in anyway. So there's my suggestions. Sorry it's so long. If anyone from Bungie actually reads this: please consider at least a few of the more reasonable ones. Obviously I don't represent your entire fanbase, but I put a lot more effort in here than the guys spamming "put in the rest of the game", so I feel like I deserve to be heard. Heck, we all do, even those guys. Even if you can't or won't act on these suggestions, a response to show that you actually listen would be great.
