Let the master perk deal precision damage through enemy shields... That way we can deliver massive damage without cutting through the shields first... Because if im not mistaken, shooting shields directly (even on the head) wont allow you to cause precision damage... Along with doubling the ammo reserve, and removing the red glint when ADS, I feel this exotic will have a truly unique role in this game with a perk like that... This gun is ment to mirror the ice breaker... The IB has ammo regen, let the NLB negate enemy shields and deal damage directly into the enemy's health... From the looks of it, this is more of an anti-material rifle then an anti-personal rifle... Ant-material rifles were designed to pierce through heavy armor so they can eliminate what the armor is protecting... Sounds reasonable doesn't it??? Let me know what you guys think...
