I assume the site's servers can only handle so much traffic, and since everything since the dawn of time on this site is documented, everyone spamming pictures (which is what I think would happen in first month) would start slowing the site down. Again, I do not claim to know of these things, that just seems to be the logical conclusion in my mind.
