I am really surprised that a game thought of this much did not have any sort of armor customizing outside of shaders. Something similar to the character customization at the beginning of all our long journeys but with armor that you buy would have been great. Something like this: you buy the armor piece, it takes you to a screen with different things to put on your armor. Some have little tanks on them or little fins, why not sell simple base armors with not very many aesthetic values to them and let us, the player, add aesthetic components to make them more what we want. I honestly don't care about getting the highest rank in this game, especially if it means all the other guardians will look the same as me. Let us be in control of our character and make them personalized.
