Dumbed down Bounty?
So, Thorn too tough for you? Don't want to put the effort in to succeed?
Problem solved: Special Missive for players that can't do PvE or PvP specific components of Thorn Bounty.... Introducing the Sliver.
Pretty much identical to Thorn, except it's pink, only has 4 rounds in the magazine (cause you only work half of the bounty to get it) and its DoT causes damage to your target AND to you (so only fire it half as much)
You only have to play whatever part of the game you're comfortable with. Successful completion of the bounty creates a rainbow halo around your avatar when at the tower.
Now, a special exotic that EVERYONE can achieve with NO EFFORT whatsoever.

Pve players request a HARD pve option to complete thorn, In this thread and in many others, pvp'ers respond with git gud scrub or its not even hard, I did it in 3 matches blah blah blah You post this thread stating to dumb down the bounty for pve players, yet we don't ask for that So for a PvP player this bounty is incredibly easy and enjoyable to achieve For someone who hates PvP its a nightmare to do and not in the slightest bit enjoyable... And you wonder why I claim you are selfish!!! And FYI I destroyed the bounty 5 times prior to completing it on 6th EDIT We want to put the effort in to get thorn BUT in a way we can enjoy. Thorn is VERY easy for someone who enjoys PvP 100 strikes to complete 25 raids completed 25 strikes without dying Quick ideas for pve option, making it much harder for a pve player to complete than a PvP player
