Have been stuck on level 23 for over a week now, and the progress bar has shown no progression. No matter how many bounties, gear upgrades, and vanguard playlists ( as well as the daily missions ) my progress bar top right hand corner has not shows any movement. Wondering if I am missing something ? Having a hard time trying to figure out what it is I need to do to progress to level 24. ( and that's going to be a whole nother' battle within itself ) Thanks for the help !
