What do you want Trials of Osiris to be like?

I'd like to see a skill-based loot system for Osiris. Lesser skilled players are already filtered out just from entry standards. Let the higher skilled players actually have a competition and be rewarded. If Iron Banner is based on gear, Osiris should be based on skill. Inferno rules would be nice for the "hardcore" pvp event. No matter how you look at it ALL supers are cheap. Remove the supers and lets the skills fly. The fact that the gamemode is SKIRMISH means it's more team and play focused rather than regular 6v6. Team coordination will hopefully matter, whether it's silent or vocal (I've had a 2v4 invasion match in Reach, got to 3rd phase and don't remember if we won or not, but neither of us used vocal comms). Plays will definitely matter. In a 3v3 it's wiser to stick together rather than be picked off 1 by 1, so each firefight comes out with as either a win or loss for a team. How each fight is approached is important. I think a "respawn as a team" rule would be cool and make it more serious. It places more emphasis on the firefights between teams rather than pacing kills so you only face 1 or 2 at a time. You also don't have to wait for teammates to respawn to re-coordinate. We already know you have to win consecutive crucible matches for a ticket and 3 losses total gets you kicked out. Is there going to be an IB 1.0 problem with leaving? Maybe, but if leaving early counts as a loss, there won't be. It's better to at least try and make a comeback, which can be done as I've had like 4000 point comebacks in control, than take a strike and have to rack up another winning streak. Team based matchmaking is a must, match teams with teams and lone wolf with their kind. I think a score par is needed as well. If you don't get above a certain score, say 1000, if you lose it's double strikes. Win negate that though. More incentive to not rush forward and die like in regular skirmish, which almost always consists of 1 player on each team carrying.
