TRADING SYSTEM IDEA - MUST READ.
OK GUYS! Here is my idea! Say you have got your second exotic of the same gun. And let's say someone else has too but a different gun. I think it would be awesome if you could both trade. Think about it trading of weapons or Armour of the same rarity. It wouldn't break the game. It doesn't ruin what Bungie wanted. Really! You have to have a exotic to trade another player for a different exotic. I just think this is a great idea and I hope Bungie see's this maybe we can make this trend. Like it if you think same rarity player trading should be implemented. Thanks for reading guardians!

1 ReplyThe best idea for trading is to let fireteam members select who gets what. This way players will play solo activities with people they know more which is also a goal of bungie.

1 ReplyIf by some chance Bungie did this (which they won't, and I don't feel they should), they would have to enact a huge trade-tax. It would have to cost glimmer, motes of light, strange coins, and a telemetry for the weapon type you're trading for--along with trading the weapon you don't want (of the same rarity of the weapon you are receiving in the trade). Plus, you would have to use a Trade Token to enter the Trade Lobby. How would you get a Trade Token? You would get one every time you preorder DLC. The good news is they will patch in the Trade Lobby long before they do a fix for that Minotaur in the VoG, or the Carry Extra Ammo/lose ammo on death-glitch, or add vault space, or allow you to use ammo synths with a full inventory, or fix the net code in PvP...

Seriously you don't get weapons in the game from skill. Even in the raid it isn't skill that determines what items you get. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO LUCK! AND LUCK MY FRIENDS IS A BIG FAT D***! You can even be the worst player in the crucible (or just be afc for that matter) and still get an exotic while the people who worked hard to get an exotic get useless rare weapons/armor (if anything at all). I have items I have no intention to use, so I can honestly say that if Bungie added the trading system and somebody else had an item I wanted (and the item I had no intention of using was something they wanted) I would be more then happy to trade it to them. So if you don't like the idea I understand but seriously quit being aggressive a**holes about it! Nobody likes it when you do that! There will never be trading because Bungie wants this game to last ten years. They want you to keep grinding for things you can't obtain, which is why there won't be a trade system.

The best Idea I have heard is that if you get something in a raid you can trade it to anyone while still in the lobby with them.

Hey, my name is stallingKNIGHTx and if they let us (The gamer's of Destiny) trade, then they will get more people wanting to play it....... I have a friend that I use to play with all the time and now he doesn't play it anymore ( So therefor Bungie lost a player and they are going to keep losing the players that want to trade and that's all my 100 friends and a lot of other people..... So i think that we should trade..... All the people that think that it is a bad idea...... You need to listen up a lot...... If people trade then more people will start playing the game and bungie will get more money to make a new game and stuff like that..... So Bungie please make a trading system.

They should just do a simple system like Diablo II. Honestly that game feels the closest to destiny despite not being fps. Coins, glimmer, guns, armor, etc etc, open a window, offer what you want to players, both agree before the transaction is complete. Very simple yet effective.
