The future of Bungie.net and the community that resides here

hello, As longstanding member here and avid halo fan, I've had a lot of good experiences on this site (as well as a few bad ones-) met a lot of cool people, had fun, played a lot of games with those cool people etc. etc. With 343i taking over the Halo series, what is to happen of this former halo developers website, will it be left open as per bungies choosing (does 343i have the rights to Bnet,) or will it be remodeled and reconstructed as 343i.net, will it be closed and will we all be forced to move to the waypoint forums? I'd really like to get a few answers please. thanks -silencer [Edited on 03.25.2012 8:54 PM PDT]

  • Bungie.net 343i.net Why do you not simply write those? OT: I believe bungie cares about their community, and since they are not going any where, we won't. A new game doesn't mean they need to ditch the community. In fact, people who are already big fans of bungie are going to be the ones to buy the game, so it would make sense for them to want to stay close to us. [Edited on 03.25.2012 8:54 PM PDT]
