Best faction?
I prefer New Monarchy because no one uses them. At least I feel no one uses them.

If anything, New Monarchy is probably one of the more popular factions as of now, since ranking them up is a surefire way to obtain the mighty Vanquisher VIII auto rifle, which has fantastic perks and the highest impact of all vendor AR's.
