I Lol @ Level 32's...
Unless you were lucky enough to get your "optimal" or "desired" build, meaning you have the right amount of Intellect, Discipline, and Strength for your character then you have no reason to waste your shards yet seeing as there is no reason be 32.

I hardly use my throwing knives, so my build could not be more perfect. I feel bad for anyone who didn't get to beat Crota on 3 characters to get this raid gear ;) and lol at your remark for being level 32 being pointless. Now the raid is even easier. I can kill Crota in almost one sword easily and I'm ready for the hard mode which comes out in January

1 ReplyI actually like my 32 build. And the reason my helm isn't upgraded is bc I don't like the stats.. More importantly, reaching 32 gets you prepared for hard raid. First, you make a build that works. Then you start to optimize!

Extra 8000 damage per hit with the swords makes it worth will there aswell

32 makes the raid stupid easy. Makes nightfall solo very feasible. Hard raid is around the corner so 32 is being prepared. Lastly, rng is a bitch and dont really care for the "right" build. Since i dont play pvp the amount of intellect n such doesnt really come into play very often. And when it does its over written by the game mechanics(relic shield super is fast, sword super is fast as well)

All of my stat points are distributed evenly, but intellect and discipline are a little bit higher. Strength isnt really needed

Well, it helps kill Crota faster (so I hear - I don't have any L32s yet). What you said about build optimization is why we NEED to have Reforging on EVERY piece of gear and armament.

5 RepliesSerious question here; is it possible to get a high intellect and discipline for a hunter? It seems every piece of gear crams strength down out throats. I personally think strength is the worst stat for pve and probably pvp

2 RepliesYou do realize that those stats have a minimal effect on you final "build" right? It's not like there are abilities you are waiting to hit based on the cool down. They are situational abilities. I don't throw my name as soon as it's ready, I do t use my super as soon as it's ready, I don't throw my knife as soon as it's ready.......I laugh at your logic at needing any one of these stats over the other.

1 ReplyThe difference between 31 and 32 is the slight amount of damage that can give you the edge over a 1-hit KO and a 2-hit KO. That's the main reason for me at least. Couldn't care less about the IDS

I actually got extremely lucky on my hunter. 100% int I'm only like 5 points over I think?! And 88% discipline, I'm not sure it gets much better then that idk for sure though!

I actually have full raid gear that is actually pretty good on intellect and discipline and only a little strength which is pretty much what I wanted. But when I want to have fun I won't be a 32

Saw a level 32 nuke himself w his Gjallarhorn at atheon. Shot in the bubble. Lmao. Literally LMFAO!!!!! And to think he was yelling and screaming for anyone else to pick up the relic... Because he had Gjallarhorn. And you know. He HAD to dps atheon w it. I have 3 31's, not one 32. So I guess I suck worse than this guy. Still lmao though.

If you are passing up on Raid gear you don't have simply because it doesn't have the stats you want then you might want to rethink your tactics.... Also, you are not 32 yet so you hate 32's.
