Trading would bring gold farmers etc..... I don't want any of that. Diablo had a good system where if you found the item while you were in a game you could trade it with the group of people you were with when you found it.

I agree that would be the only effective way. If you're in the strike or raid when it drops and a player wants to swap it with you for another item then it would be okay.
