I don't particularly enjoy the Awoken female's dance. My Hunter looks like she's some sort of exotic dancer when she does it. That is not how I raised her. Furthermore, although it may be apropos, my (Exo male) Titan's robot moves are more noticeably repetitive than the other dances I've seen. Also, the first second just looks like mindless flailing. The Human male's dance, on the other hand, has much smoother repetition (that is, it's a little more difficult to tell where it restarts the animation), and...honestly, it's just the best dance for taunting players in the Crucible. When I dance on someone's grave (teabagging is undignified), that's the dance I like to use. It's funny. As for waves, my (Human male) Warlock just looks like a dork when he waves. He's like "hey guys, how ya doin?*" whereas my Hunter is doing a dramatic bow, and my Titan does a respectful, dignified salute. The latter two are far more useful for how I see the wave emote being used (usually as a sort of nod of approval and/or bow of "Thank you, thank you" in lieu of a mic). Also, I think it would be hilarious to see male characters doing the female dances. Is that sexist? Or something-ist? Probably. I don't know. Either way, I'm sure [i]someone[/i] will get offended at something I've said. *for full comprehension, please imagine very nasally and obnoxious tone of voice.
