error code "bee"

i have been on the phone with my internet provider AT&T and xbox support for the last 4 hours my nat type is now open there is no technical errors on my internet providers side and no errors on the side of xbox. I WOULD LOVE to be able to play the iron banner event this week but i literally cant play an entire match without getting kicked because of error code bee. i have done my best to eliminate all possible reasons this could happen on my end. i am at the point where i feel like this has to be a bungie issue and i just want this fixed so i can enjoy my game

  • I think the problem is the upload speed that AT&T/Frontier gives us. I was watching my routers live bandwidth chart while walking around the tower and every time the "connecting to destiny servers" bar came up on the bottom I would see the upload bandwidth being maxed out. I have around 400kbps upload. So there are only two solutions here. Either the Destiny team figures out a way to minimize the uploads or we are forced to get better internet with a higher upload speed.
