Dear monsieur DeeJ: may I first start off by saying how much I appreciate your open approach to this community, and how you fight its corner with the devs. Its a nice thing to have and long may it continue. Now... There is one thing you could do which I think would help set a lot of minds at rest, prevent endless repeat threads which get mired down in trolling and arguing and flaming and EEEERGH. What I think would be beneficial all ways round would be a 'Fix List'. Basically, any issue which you guys investigate and find to be needing a solution, list it so that the community can see you are aware of it. Sure, I can understand reticence to lay bare a bunch of flaws, I totally get that, but IMO it would set a LOT of minds at rest to know that the issue is known. I also feel it will help assure people that their feedback is being heard. Thanks for the good times on the game, thanks for maintaining an open line to the devs for us, and tolerating all the bile, rage and flat out abuse that comes with this line of work.
