Hello. I have come to you with a very serious problem. This site is flooded with some bad moderators (Though, some are good) Now, I know many people have addressed this problem to you, but it has still remained. Now it looks like snickerdoodle sucked her way up to becoming a moderator. Now if this is true, this would be a case of lay investiture. Lay investiture is when a person with power chooses his/her friends or family to take a right of power, even if they unfit for the job. This was common in the Middle Ages and I'm afraid it's happening here. She is clearly unfit for the job for so many reasons.
I'll give you an example. So I saw a thread today about a "Shield Burst Ability" Idea. Now snickerdoodle called the OP a troll and derailed his thread. She also spammed the thread, and instead of warning people about staying on topic, she gave in and said he was troll, etc. This is a sign that she is unfit for the job. And plus she locked it for no reason.

But if what you say is true, then the problem seems to be a lack of pro players in the community. It might also be the mods. But think about this for a minute. The reason a lot of the pro players, the guys who actually enjoy every game of Halo and recognize there are pros and cons to each release, aren't there is simply this: 343 hasn't done anything worth talking about. There is one trailer to Halo 4. One. There is no other content that the users can discuss. There's not even the possibility of an "Ideas list" that the devs can cross reference for ideas to implement in the game. What discussion is going on there is simply "I WANT THIS IN HALO 4". It seems, to me, nothing but selfish requests from users. And that is probably due to the lack of experienced players to steer them in the right direction.
