Played 23 control matches with an average 2.85 k/d.If I leave it at that It'd turn up as top 1% in k/d rankings worldwide for this month, what I'm wondering is would this be considered good? Until today I never really considered myself great at fpshooters since I used to be an average cod player about a year ago.

Being able to adapt to your team's strategy. Most people on video games try to express their "skill" with a number. While being able to kill in an efficient manner is important, sometimes the most important strategy for victory requires a "sacrificial play." By this I mean someone must give up their kill count to help their team.

It's an arbitrary term. It's relevance or definition in the gaming world changes from person to person.

Honestly comunication. You only need a 1.1 ratio to win. It's all about working together. I used to live with a guy that was in Dimond division on cod. His secret was simply working together.

The obvious would be K/D but I think the more kills/games the more experienced you are which generally leads to a high level of skill.

K/D is part of it. But so is W/L, points per match, assists, knowledge of the maps and efficient use of heavy ammo.
