So have anyone thought about a lawsuit
so yea im just putting it out there they did it for masseffect 3 why not start a law suit for this game someone out there must know how to do somthing

I'm gona sue you for wasting my time and all these good peoples. The fact I'm replying says it all. F@#king hell grow up , get into the real world and start reading correct reviews etc etc about a game u think you know everything about ( before making silly comments) This game was never proposed to be a fully finished game or advitised as it , any o e who stands and says otherwise is a lier .sue me for it. I dare ya Maby u sld sue blizzard as well they still relese stuff ten years or so after relese with new stuff . If ya gona sue one you got a sue them all right? What do u do anyways? Can u create me a game I can play for ten years non stop or till the day I die without repeating things ..... If ya can I'll gladly alpha and beta it for you but untill that day. But hey we can't always have everything our way ;p if we did the world wldnt even exist I'm sure of it.

9 RepliesNo I haven't because its not that serious to me. The funny thing about the lawsuit? I don't think even judges understand this...but they can do whatever they want with the game because the game is not even ours!! States so in the EULA. It's their property. Besides, if I get to the point where I want to sue people over a game, I'm going outside, finding a nearest friend to smack my face, then we are going out for drinks and chicks. Nothing should be taken that seriously in the gaming world where you have to sue. That's just silly to me.

Dude before you start trying to think political you need to be educated to a level where you at least understand simple grammar. "Have anyone thought about a lawsuit". That is such a stupid phrase that it aches me (obviously). It should be read "HAS anyone thought about a lawsuit." And no, that's like trying to sue coca-cola co because they only show hot girls drinking coke. Advertising is advertising. The point is to make anything and everything look as good as possible.

That's idiotic. What damages has Bungie done to you? At most you could claim up to $90 in damages at this point. Most lawyers cost more than that per hour.

Giving you a sneak peek of dlc, telling you the story will grow over time, you as a player will be immersed in the story of the game, Destiny will grow trough patches and dlc, they are creating a new style of game that isn't halo or any other game? The list goes on. My point being we have the game that was promised for release, the foundation for a game that grows over the course of 10 years. It's like trying to sue a cake mix company because you had to put the ingredients together and bake it.

14 RepliesYou know that one of the main things needed in a lawsuit is proper grammar such as saying "has" instead of "have" or putting the apostrophe in "I'm" but since you're too lazy to use language correctly I'm sure you were to lazy to pay attention to what Bungie actually said about the game. Oh and as for your "#unfair" guess what life is unfair. You know what really is unfair? Someone bitching about a game when I know plenty of people who can't afford it and would actually enjoy it.
