It's fine in pvp now but in pve it sucks.

It's pretty strong. When I got it this morning and fired it at my first victims I was filled with joy. I think that value alone is worth keeping it as is. I agree is quite, QUITE powerful, but then again the hell I had to go through to get the thing makes it all worth it.
