While knee deep in dead guardians, I always see medals popping up. Even though I can infer what they are rewarding me for I never quite know what the exact requirements are. Also, right now under your profile in the Companion App your medal score is listed, but that is it. Are there plans to provide a list of the requirements for medals, and statistics on how many times you have received each one in the Companion app?
