Extremely Long Loading Times
My friend (east coast) Has the longest loading times I have ever seen. I opened all ports, her NAT is open, I used the destiny specific ports, Her DL speed is 25 down 6 up, she has a physical copy of the game. Her xbox is an old version however, (it is the bulky white kind). She doesn't have any problems on any other game, no mic lag. But, she has 5 minute loading times in between the steppes and mothyard. Even at tower they are extremely long. Does anyone have a fix? She also has wired connection directly to the modem. I have done everything possible. She has even gone as far to reinstall Destiny. (she at first installed the disk then deleted it)

2 RepliesMy friend has an almost identical situation only differences is he is using an xbox one and has 40 down 10 up internet speeds. Did the NAT check, reloaded the game etc. etc. etc. but STILL has 3-8 minute loading screens in EVERYTHING from crucible to story missions to the tower. When I'm not in a fireteam with him, i'll load in 10-20 seconds, when we are in a fireteam together we will sit in the wormhole or flying over the planet load screens for FOREVER. Did your friend ever figure out a fix??? I'd love to know about it if so! Not sure why this is only happening to some people, my friend had absolutely NO problem with beta load screens.
