I can see it now, virtual reality headsets will come out and every person and their grandmother that wants split screen for every game will get one in hopes that developers design games that way again, until you realise it would be so demanding on the hardware that it wouldnt be funny. And for modern games I dont see how people can deal with split screen, dont you want to enjoy the game world, or do you just like it to mindlessly play while you chat with friends like people going into mmo games and just chatting away instead of playing?
