Shaders...for guns?
We have shaders for armor and marks. What about weapons? Could weapons be shaded to match our Guardian? And could there be shaders with properties such as optic or thermal camouflage. I know this isn't COD, but perhaps we just haven't seen thermal scopes in Destiny, yet. Also, shaders for our ships?

2 RepliesHow you earn weapons usually defines it's color. At least in my experience. All weapons I get from Crucible matches (not Engrams) seem to be red while story weapons have been coming in blue. The gunsmith offers goldish and grey and the Vanguard guy has white.

I was just thinking the exact same thing. Weapon/ship shaders would be a great addition. I don't know why they weren't available from the start though.

2 RepliesLook at the weapons themselves. They are either faction coloured, Exotic and Legendary paintjobs (especially the named one) and the rest are just standard. Why would you want a faction weapons that is painted in a different faction's colours? Shader's for guns? Not happening.
