Thanks for the fast reply. Sadly that didn't work. It seems my account is actually tied to the Xbox handle Relaxingwing6. No idea who on earth that is. I only know my own sign in so I certainly didn't put it there. I am incredibly confused

I think I've got it sorted. Made a shell Facebook account and using that I linked it to the profile with my PSN and was able to unlink my PSN account. Thanks for your help
