I saw so much stupid opinion stated as fact...but I'm responding to one element. Headshots with a sniper rifle should damage its target no matter what the level. This is categorically false, even considering examples in reality. If you were to shoot a bird in the head with a BB gun you will very likely kill it. If you shoot me in the head with a BB gun I will very likely kill you...with my bare hands...and rid the world of another Halo Fanboy.
