Now, I don't have any whole hearted evidence or a full theory, but zooming in on the flag reveals some word I can't read on the red part and
"W Bank" on the blue.
It pulls up West Bank near Israel, but that doesn't really seem to fit.. Any ideas?

That is a good find on the sign, but it could mean an actual bank. World Bank maybe?

Yeah, I found that too, but it's based out of D.C. And that surely isn't D.C. Haha I have pretty good eyes, but I'm on my phone currently looking at it, perhaps someone could better read what's on the red part of the flag! That could be the key!
