Hi! Click your username in the top right side of the screen, which should give you a drop-down list of options. From these, click "Profile," and then "Membership" at the top of the screen. This should take you to the list of groups you have joined or are following. If you click "Users Following" on the left, you will be given the list of people you are following. Hope this helps :)
