Would defeat the purpose of having loot in a game if you start with the best and it grows with you. Having it be a tad better than what you normally start with is the better option. Don't want to destroy your hard work.

I think this is a good idea as long as they were just all greens. I like the idea of having an armour set for show and one for battle. I'm sure it won't be long before people have various armour sets that they swap out depending on if they are gonna PvE or PvP or Role play.

True, I just thought of this because there has been a number of games in which I get Pre-Order items which become severely obsolete 30 minutes into gameplay. The result is a special edition item that you can only get one place and is now pointless to use and only taking up space. That's all I'm trying to solve here. Thanks for the feedback.
