"CoD Fans Aren't Real Gamers," confirms Infinity Ward
As if it wasn't already blatantly obvious, Infinity Ward confirmed that [i]Call of Duty[/i] players aren't real gamers. They play it every night, yet they're far from hardcore gamers, and they'll keep buying the newest games regardless of platform. So, for that reason, there won't be any real changes to the franchise this generation (although that was to be expected, really).
Discuss or ignore, I don't care. I'm just gonna laugh about it a bit more.

Gamer elitism is funny. But when you put it into perspective that a lot of socially inept gamers probably don't have much else to make them feel superior to other people it makes sense.
