For the love of god, just stop it. You are claiming imbalance of something you have not played yet. How much of a buff do you get? Does it affect supers? Does it affect secondaries? Does stacking it on your raid team give you more dps than the damage dealing supers? You know none of this... From the sound of it raids have more to do with problem solving skills rather than DPS.
