It's like fifa, assassins creed and a lot of yearly games. People get tired of it, I may get advanced warfare though, I have never bought a cod game in my life so that will be my first.

1 ReplyCod is kind of like McDonald's, it tastes good, it's easy to find, and comes in good packaging, but eat to much and your belly gets sick, sometimes the McDonald's workers don't really try to make your food well prepared. It's a good recipe for taste, but it loses its uniqueness after you've been eating it for years. Eating inside usually results in listening to a bunch of annoying kids with ADHD and stoner parents, who don't care what their kids do. And all the TV commercials are really well done and make you want to eat their food. Best comparison I can find

Listen the bickering children on your mic 3. Go to your nearest bush, shrub, or rock in the matches environment. Do you see it? The elements look flattened. Cheap if you ask me. 4. The same engine is used so many times. 5. The new COD game features a real celebrity....WHAT!?!? I am sorry, but my jimmies have been over-rustled by COD and it's makers. They need to change things up seriously. Also you posted this in the "Destiny" sub-forum. This forum needs to be sanitized due to the usage of the word "COD". It's even disgusting to pronounce let alone play it.

You put them in games like MAG where killing the most doesn't mean jack, and all they do is whine about how everyone sucks because they had the best kd ratio and they can't figure out the strategy behind teamwork to achieve goals that advance the team. I classify them as lone wolf soldiers that don't aid in winning the war.

The only part I hate is the type of fanboy of the series who compares every game to CoD and trash talks everything that doesn't try to be like CoD, but I know that's just the vocal minority and doesn't represent the vast majority of other people who just like to play the game. If you like playing a game, great, have fun. That applies equally to some Destiny forum-goers, the most vocal people tend to be the annoying complainers, and they're also the ones who keep making new complaint or bashing threads, don't let that represent the majority of it's users just mute them and carry on. Have fun playing CoD, and have fun playing Destiny :)

In modern warfare 4 they had a arcade mode remember? who knew that future cod games would just be the arcade mode. The game became known as casual friendly by huge margin and when you have 7 yr olds showing up on the top three at end of match constantly but ONLY on COD games then you have a problem. Arma, Socom, resistance, vegas2, hell even BF1943 had a more skill range then cod. Cod did not raise any bars. They lowered it. So everyone can be good. everyone can get kills.

COD is a game for children played by children. The story is MIA and the PVP encourages camping. Also teamwork in PVP is non-existent. Not to mention the COD "community" is the most annoying bunch of squeakers known to man. Also quick-scoping dumbest thing ever.

Also respawning after The first modern warfare are all atrocious. Both of these were forms of gaming socialism designed solely for corporate capitalism. Basically by wanting it accessible to everyone Activision consigned call of duty to mediocrity.

Personally, I'm a campaign guy so if the campaigns aren't that good I don't want to play it and from what I've played, it's not that great. One thing cod definitely did right zombies. That was awesome in waw. I liked it in black ops but hated it in bo2 because of the damn lava everywhere

I don't hate it. I just got tired of it after mw2. The only reason I bought mw3 and bo2 was to play with friends and family. I enjoy it while playing with friends and family but can't play it by self for more then a few games.
