Halo 2: I don't see why they didn't patch button combo (bxr) when it was discovered, but I guess it's too late now. It's gotten big, and removing it would cause an uproar. Also, super bounce for sure. Shut was annoying. Halo 4: loadouts and perks, though perhaps "should" doesn't apply here.
