Taken straight from the IGN Bungie visit video. This Titan is level 29. His actual level of course is capped at 20, but if you look closely next to his name on the upper right hand corner you can see that his level is 29. Just goes to show that we indeed will be able to keep going passed level 20. I personally am very excited about this :)
