Destiny Beta Guardian and Crucible Balancing (Hunter OP?)

Hello fellow guardians. I'm sure you've all enjoyed the Destiny Beta as much as I have. The Beta was made for the public to test out the game, so Bungie can figure out what may need to be improved. In light of this, I will be talking about the balance of the three classes and the different weapons in the crucible. Before I continue, I would like to point out that the balancing of the Crucible was extremely well executed; players four levels apart could still seamlessly compete in the Crucible. Let's get to the point, shall we? In the crucible, one class is clearly superior to the other two classes: The Hunter. In fact, the majority of players played the Hunter in the Destiny Beta. Why is the Hunter superior to all the other classes? Well, you see, The Warlock and Titan's supers allow them to deal huge amounts of area of effect damage, but only instantly. The Hunter's super, The Golden Gun, can't deal massive AoE damage, but can deal massive direct hit damage OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. Those words in all-caps are why the Hunter is better than the other two classes. A Hunter has a better chance of killing multiple enemies with his/her super, because of the duration and nature of it. A Golden Gun that can one-shot Guardians, over a certain amount of time? I say that is much more useful in the Crucible that the Warlock and Titan's supers. If you wish to kill multiple people with their supers, you have to be in a situation where a bunch of enemies are all grouped together, which won't always happen. Hunters, on the other hand, can use their supers to kill multiple single targets in different locations, as well as handle a bunched up group of enemies. It almost makes playing the other two classes in the Crucible an underwhelming experience. Now it's time to talk about weapon balance. In the Crucible, the most used primary weapons were Auto-Rifles. This is because the other weapon types really don't stack up to an auto-rifle. Auto-rifles flat out beat every other type of gun. Hand Cannons are probably the worst weapons in the Crucible. I feel it out of place to keep the Hand Cannon in the Primary Weapon slot. It better suited for the special slot (Like we have seen in some previous demos of Destiny). Whether in the primary slot or in the secondary slot, hand cannon need a damage boost if they are ever to be viable weapons. Well, if you've actually read through all my rambling, thank you. Feel free to reply with your opinions, and definitely feel free to disagree with me. Well, this post has finally come to a conclusions. See you starside!
