If hand cannons really are so bad maybe they could introduce an optional dual wielding system. Having two would sacrifice accuracy for more power.

I was never a fan of duel-wielding. It wouldn't really work here anyway, since aiming with ADS is crucial to getting the most out of handcannons. I just think better sights and slightly higher crit damage to get its DPS on par with the scout rifle is the best solution.

I think this is a terrible idea. You'd have to change the character animations and models. You'd have to put the gun away to point, melee, reload, throw grenades etc. And inaccuracy goes against the whole point of the hand cannons which is to be patient and nail those headshots.
