I agree with all 3. There needs to be WAY more characters customisation, the tower definitely does feel like a ghost town at the moment - there needs to be more people and generally more things going on (it should be a busy place!). The loot is very hard to distinguish from ammo that is dropped at the moment, there should be symbols hovering above all loot to indicate what it is and what rarity it is.
