So all excited at the idea of maybe being the first one to reach rank 3 vanguard and get the vanguard sparrow i farmed my ass off getting mission (figured by level 2 and 75% toward 3 that you could cancel mission.) and amassing 100 vanguard that upon reaching level 3 i go excited into the tower get the package sent for level 3. inside it is a heavy machine gun purple called the swarm,then going to the vanguard quarter master i turn in to see the horror. Spinmetal dont give me vanguard mark anymore. so i sit there comtemplating hours of farming,nearly 1.4k+ spinmetal gone to waste because i cant earn the 35 remaining vanguard mark to get my sparrow. Upside i got the vanguard level 3 emblem atleast =P
