Help me to understand why: 1) people think that keeping your rank is same thing as keeping your loot? 2) keeping loot makes players over-powered when loot is linked to rank? If you have to wipe one, most likely the rank will get wiped because that is the determining factor of your progress. We'll all have to rank up again, so the loot is rendered unusable until we re-rank. I want to keep my best finds in the vault, just in case I don't find something as competitive on my re-rank. Plus, each piece of loot may hold some fond memories.
