Which helmet to use?
I've got two helmets for my Titan in Destiny right now. The first one is a GWALIOR TYPE 2, it has 35 defense, +10 Discipline and Increased melee speed. Then I have the Fieldplate type 1 with just 39 defense. Which helmet is better?

Generally in PvE the enemies are either too strong for 39 to reduce their damage or weak enough that 39/35 doesn't matter, they'll die either way
