Beta Cap at lvl 7
IGN released a video today in they mention all the things in the beta to do and mention in passing something to the affect of "leveling up my Warlock to level 7".. Blah blah. That to me is definitive proof of the cap being level 7. However I don't think the experience points will be as accelerated like the alpha to make leveling up much slower.

The possibilities are endless! No one knows!!! I'll repeat that last part, NO...ONE...KNOWS... Wait until the game to find out for yourself people instead of being sheep to IGN. And yes, I know you can search for someone's guardian but that doesn't deter the first thing I said.

1 ReplyFor the Alpha the cap was 8, so they've gone down? Logically that make little sense when the Beta is supposed to be bigger than the Alpha. No way of knowing until the release. 7 just might have been the cap for the IGN access.

But he only played a couple days in the beta, played all 3 characters, and spent most of his time in PvP. That's why he was level 7.

3 RepliesIf you watch the ign trailer for the beta you will notice that they show a warlock that is level 29, so we know that you can level up to at least 29, tho i doubt they would cap it at such an random number

Well there's already been proof that you can go to 8. What we don't know is if the players that got an early access to the beta are being restrained at level 8 until the beta is released for the rest of us. When the beta is released, we'll know the level cap. As of right now, it's uncertain so no one should be declaring anything.
