Angry Xbox players, gather round....
If you're still angry and upset about the extra stuff PS players are getting, allow me to guide you towards a much better state of mind because all the bitching and threatening to boycott the game, etc is really going to ruin it for the rest of us Xbox users as it'll only make Bungie/Activision favor the PS platforms more in future and maybe even make them think twice about releasing on Xbox all together. I don't know about you but I don't want that.
So here goes, try thinking about it this way:
Alot of our new Playstation brothers are new to Bungie games, yes? So they need as much help as possible, yes? What Bungie are secretly saying is they (PS players) do not have enough chest hair to handle going into the game unprepared. As we'll be separate on the Xbox servers, we cannot help them out. So they NEED extra beta time to become acclimatised to the awesomeness that is a Bungie game. They need some extra DLC weapons & armour at the beginning otherwise they'll spend the first few sections of the game cowering behind a rock, peeing their collective pants, unable to handle having their collective minds blown away by the game. Whereas veteran Xbox players are already battle-hardened from previous Bungie experiences, we DO have the chest hair to charge into Destiny on day one, naked and unafraid. Ready to face unknown!
So stop being a bunch of crybabies, show us that chest hair, buy the game and the first person to teabag my still twitching corpse wins a prize! :D

Well so much for the maturity and not showing fanboyism lmao I played halo, very little lol, buy I didn't fund this game hard I even to play anything under the hardest difficulty available. Both consoles have easy, normal, and hard modes. Both sides are the same just most choose to stay to one and go total cross eyed lemur one sided and just think the other side is purely noobish. As for me an avid gamer of both consoles I know the majority of the 10 year olds on both sides don't even have a single chest hair and are willing squeel while being piggy backed by the big boys. Where am I going with this? Idk exos have no chest hair only copper wiring lol (dafuq did I just read at the end)

Great job bungie by giving both platforms this game . It was a fair move .

I just don't like the feel of Sony's controller.. and I'm used to XBL. That's all. Apart from that.. It's a machine FFS. Fancy being "loyal" to a multinational electronics conglomerate.

Try thinking of it this way, no one cares. You're not entitled to an equal value, equal time, hell you're not even entitled to an explanation. Bungie and Activision did what they believed to be best for their buisness and right or wrong thats upto them. Dont assume just because you had xbox exclusive titles in the past that you get them forever, pkaystation has been outselling xbox by a mile so now that xbox is in the minority of current gen households expect some changes and roll with the punches like sony users did for the past 10 years while they were outsold.

1 ReplyAs I own both consoles (always have , always will) this is not an issue for me. Even though I've had plenty of Halo experience, Bungie has still found a way to blow my mind. So whether you're a long time fan or new to the crowd you're going to pee your pants and get your mind blown. On a side note: PS players got extra beta time because Sony paid Activision for it. Money is what greases the wheels of business.
