I'm running the GeForce GTX 780 Ti on a 2560x1080, 21:9 monitor.
I want to be able to run games at 1080p, 60 FPS for a least 5 years. Is it sufficient?

It seems the GPU is the only thing you really need to worry about if you want to play on ultra for the next 4 years. Everything else on your computer is fine. Really though, 12GB of memory? WTF? You wouldn't even need to worry for at least 10 years.

There's no such thing as future-proofing with PCs. The 780 Ti will be outdated this time next year once the new generation of cards is launched. Mind, games do seem to be advancing graphically somewhat on the slow side compared to advances in GPUs, so you'll be fine for at least 2 years. Maybe 3.
