Hey I used to be on these forums a bit when I was younger and when Halo 3 was in it's prime. Both my girlfriend and I are huge fans of Bungie and we are both excited about Destiny. A few weeks ago she finally finished her five-hundred plus page book and self-published on Amazon. It's a an awesome sci-fi novel that shares fantasy, drama, military, and romantic features. It's a really good blend of Halo, Mass Effect, and a little Noah/Ancient Aliens style of god beings who play a background role in the story. Shay has put her heart and soul into this novel, and it shows through her vivid story writing and fresh interesting characters that feel alive on the page.
