Evolve him. Then just go to the move tutor later if you want to relearn moves. Once you start adding people as friends on here, you'll rack up a bunch more Pokemiles and you can get unlimited Heart Scales to pay for move tutoring, pretty much. Him plus TMs make for everything you need.

  • So what you're saying is that I can learn moves that my pokemon has never had the chance to learn using the Move Tutor.

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Aegislash_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29 And a rough copy paste that probably won't format well:
Swords Dance Normal Status — —% 20 Start Fury Cutter Bug Physical 40 95% 20 Start Pursuit Dark Physical 40 100% 20 Start Autotomize Steel Status — —% 15 Start Shadow Sneak Ghost Physical 40 100% 30 Start Aerial Ace Flying Physical 60 —% 20 Start Slash Normal Physical 70 100% 20 Start Iron Defense Steel Status — —% 15 Start Night Slash Dark Physical 70 100% 15 Start Power Trick Psychic Status — —% 10 Start Iron Head Steel Physical 80 100% 15 Start Sacred Sword Fighting Physical 90 100% 15 Start King's Shield Steel Status — —% 10 Start Head Smash
You can move tutor all these moves, which include Sacred Sword, Iron Defense, King's Shield, Head Smash, and Night Slash which are probably the most popular moves for the Pokemon. That is because Aegislash doesn't learn any moves after evolving, so all these moves count essentially as 'level one.' Since you're past level one, you can learn them! Just either catch lots of Luvdiscs or, much easier, carry your DS with you when you walk and add people so you get Pokemiles to trade for Heart Scales, as it costs 1 Scale per move. To put that in perspective, after ten days of having my DS in November, I had enough Pokemiles for like 600 Heart Scales, haha.
