Let me tell you a lil something about armor lock.
You see armor lock , when someone uses it against you it is annoying yes but that is only because you are impatient and can't wait for the kill. It doesn't do anything else.
When you use armor lock though, it is pretty good though since you can nade spam and not die not to mention you can also survive when you are about to be killed. It's pretty awesome.
There is no real reason to dislike armor lock. People usually hate it because they aren't good at reach and dislike it when someone uses armor lock against them and the opponent gets the kill.
They should have included it in Halo 4. Halo 4 was a pretty good and unique Halo game too tbh.

1 ReplyNope. While they're in armor lock, their teammates can kill you. They can also EMP you then magically turn the -blam!- around and punch you. And somehow they -blam!-ing regenerate their God damned shields and ruin your -blam!-ing progress. It's the worst thing to ever happen to FPS.

1 ReplyThe reason people hated it is because on arena maps the several seconds of invincibility allowed teammates to save the armor-locker. It made punishing opponents for being lone wolves nearly impossible. ...Also sticky shedding is bullshit.

7 RepliesArmor Lock also allows for an Emp that will Destroy Vehicles and take out enemy shields.. I honestly think its a good part of the game,its actually a game changer.

There were a couple things broken with it, the duration of it, and the radius of the EMP, other then that it could have been pretty balanced.

armor lock is fine in maps that aren't too crowded, otherwise, it's just a chance for the person to get back up to kill you

11 RepliesImpatient? Do you understand that the time you waste sitting there allows the enemy to close in and prevent you from killing the armor locker? Armor lock is terrible and killing them is easy to do as you wait around. The issue is the kills you lose since you have to back off if the enemy team closes in. Armor Lockers are cowards unwilling to fight since they lost the battle and kneel before me after I got them one shot.
